Karen’s story
When marketing strategist and business owner Karen came across Human Design a few years ago, she wrote it off as nonsense. She didn’t recognise herself in her chart which, she realised later, made sense because she was completely out of alignment at the time.
During our coaching journey, Karen learned what it really means to be a Projector and specifically how her design affects her limited energy. Discovering that she is not designed to work long hours – “something we’re conditioned to believe is the measure of our value” – shifted everything, so that she is now able to honour her rest, understanding how it is essential to her impact.
“It’s been life-changing,” she says. “It’s changed how I plan my time, how I market myself, and how I move through my days and weeks.”
For Karen, the biggest gift has been permission. Permission to stop believing something was wrong with her. Permission to trust that working with her energy brings more value and impact – not less. That shift has transformed her business, and it’s also made her a more understanding parent. Knowing her children’s designs helps her support them in their own unique ways.
The shift from sceptical to trusting of human design leads Karen to share: “Whether you’re curious or cynical, Human Design will broaden your horizons and give you permission to be who you really are. With Sarah’s guidance, I’ve learned to trust my inner compass, work with my energy instead of against it, and bring my best to my business, my family, and the world.”

Heba’s story
When Heba reached out, she was feeling confused, not understanding why she felt the way she did, or how to respond to the people around her.
Being truthful often got her into trouble, and she found herself stuck in patterns of making decisions and choosing people that weren’t right for her. She was constantly over-justifying her actions, trying to be who others expected, and yet feeling completely out of place. Despite trying almost everything – coaching, therapy, journaling – she still felt that void.
Through our work together, Heba experienced a series of “aha” moments. For the first time, she understood why she felt as she did, and the pieces of the puzzle began to fit together. She finally stopped trying to be someone she’s not, instead becoming more self-aware, more accepting, and more able to honour her instincts instead of fighting against them. Each session opened her eyes a little more, and gradually she began to feel like herself again.
One of the most powerful shifts came in realising she didn’t need to push harder to get ahead. She recognised that what she’d done instinctively, when she was much younger – waiting for the right invitations and opportunities – actually supported her, rather than held her back. This realisation freed her from years of hustling and striving against her natural rhythm.
The ripple effects have been profound. Heba now listens to her body, accepts herself as she is, and sets clear boundaries. People who aren’t right for her are slowly leaving her space, and she feels lighter and more grounded as a result.
Looking back, she describes the experience as “enlightening” and says:
“It was one of the first times in my life that I finally felt understood, not just by someone else, but by myself.”

Chris’s story
When they first came to me for coaching, they were coming out of a challenging few months and felt overwhelmed, anxious, and caught in a constant head-versus-heart battle.
Their creativity was suppressed, and they were longing to “get out of their own way.” A few years earlier, they had discovered Human Design and felt alive with the recognition it sparked – but they hadn’t done anything with it. Now, they were drawn back to exploring their design, stop struggling to fit in, and finally bring to life the work that lit them up.
Over our sessions together, we began unpicking old rules and limiting beliefs that had been keeping them small, and explored where they really shone. They began to see how their natural way of being in the world wasn’t a flaw, but a hidden superpower – this was a liberating realisation.
From there, we took an experimental approach – loosening the grip of right and wrong – and they found they were able to begin reconnecting with the things that made them feel alive. We explored assumptions around career and judgement, and created a new anchor point for how they could show up in work and life. By our final session, they had practical, heart-led steps in place to begin moving their business forward.
Since then, they’ve noticed how leaning into intuition feels easier and more natural, and they’re more attuned to the way their energy impacts others. They’ve identified the kind of work they truly love, and even their relationship with their partner feels easier.
Looking back, they describe the experience like this:
“Now, when I experience the natural wobbles of life, I’m able to approach them so differently because I feel like myself at last – I feel grounded.”

Liz’s story
When Liz first came to explore her Human Design through coaching, she felt as though parts of herself didn’t make sense, as if she had gone a little off course somewhere. Despite counselling, mindset work, and business coaching, she still struggled with feeling accepted and often second-guessed herself.
From the very first call, Liz noticed a difference. She felt calmer, at ease, and safe – which allowed her to open up in a way she hadn’t before. What surprised her most was realising that she had already been following parts of her natural design without knowing why it felt right.
Together, we uncovered how much of what she had carried for years didn’t actually belong to her – and that she no longer had to hold onto it.
Discovering her natural rhythms and needs was a turning point. Learning that she required rest not because she was lazy, but because her energy simply didn’t replenish in the same way as others, shifted a lifelong belief. She began to see her love for places between land and water as part of who she naturally is, not something to explain away.
The changes have been profound. Liz now feels she no longer has to apologise for being herself. She asks for what she needs without guilt, takes rest when she requires it, and honours walks and time by the sea as essential, not indulgent. She feels calmer, more at ease, and no longer trapped in second-guessing. The ripple effects show up in her relationships too – she feels more at ease with others because she’s more at ease with herself. Saying no without fear and yes to joy and fun has become part of her new way of living.
Looking back, Liz says:
“If you’re thinking of working with Sarah, don’t hesitate – do it. There is no greater reward than understanding yourself more and knowing how that helps you in your everyday life. I’ve been changed for good.”
