    I’m based in the Ribble Valley in Lancashire, where I offer in person coaching (or walking-coaching, which is SOO powerful!) and some in-person workshops, where it’s sensible to do so.

    Most of my work is online, so you could say I’m globally-based!

    #timetothink Tomorrow I’m heading off on a Wilderness Tonic retreat hosted by @easyinstamcr & @goodnessmarketing and I can’t wait! Recently my head has been chock full of Lodge details, as well as holding the space for clients and group coaching, being a mum and running a home and occasionally remembering to eat and rest… phew! And yet I know so deeply that we need to to think. It’s at the core of my work & this quote from Nancy Kline is one of my favourites. So when I saw it was one of Katya’s faves too, AND that she was holding a spacious retreat with walking & great food…?     How do I know if coaching is for me?

    Coaching can feel challenging (and should always come with the right level of support for the challenge, you can read more in my blog just here) and so it’s not for everyone.

    But if you are ready for the growth coaching can bring, please do book a free no-strings discovery call to find out more about how I work, and whether we’re a good fit.

    How long does coaching take?

    So that you can achieve deep, sustainable changes in your mindset and your business, my coaching packages are a minimum of 3 months (6 calls plus support between calls), however most clients work with me for 6 months or longer.

    My team are low on confidence, can you help?

    Yes! I work with organisations and with some networking marketing leaders to support their teams to build sustainable confidence and get better results. Get in touch to find out how this works.
